Pocster Posted November 3, 2022 Posted November 3, 2022 Mines real small . Floor area roughly 71cm x 75cm . That’s all I had . Anyone gone smaller ? 🙄😁
ProDave Posted November 3, 2022 Posted November 3, 2022 That would not even meet building regs in Scotland. The "activity space" required is bigger than your entire room.

Photo shows it all . I’ll just remove the WC before bco inspects 😂
Iceverge Posted November 3, 2022 Posted November 3, 2022 It might do as a urinal stall...... Alternatively put the bowl on the back wall and don't bother with the door. Just hope you don't live with anyone of delicate sensibilities. 2

If I needed a 💩 in there not only is there not enough space but I can’t squat low enough . I’ll tell bco “ super efficient use of space maximising essential amenities “ - sounds like council BS they like .
Pocster Posted November 3, 2022 Author Posted November 3, 2022 SWMBO also not sure about the doors … only 45cm wide 😁 . Couldn’t fit 2 60cm next to each other and architrave . Though a wider door on the WC doesn’t really help .

ProDave Posted November 3, 2022 Posted November 3, 2022 I should have posted this one earlier. How to avoid the saniflow? Raise the WC to match the drain invert level 4

Ferdinand Posted November 4, 2022 Posted November 4, 2022 You should perhaps have used a corner loo and a corner whb for that.
