Russell griffiths
I’m just at plastering stage, and wanted to sing the praises of my plasterer. I had a lad start the house and he did a couple of days and we parted company. so on a recommendation from another forum user I had another lad start. his work is on another level, absolutely 5 star. im a pain to work for as I’m very picky, the house is also very unusual with all vaulted ceilings at 4-5m high. so if anybody needs first class work carrying out send me a PM and I will pass his details over. Thorfun
Great to know you found a good one! Think it’s a bit of a commute down to us though. 😢

We were very lucky with our plasterer and being able to find a good plasterer makes all the difference.

Nope, nice first coat then laid in flat with a big wide spatula thing, then another coat on top. superb finish. not cheap, but I can see the difference. 👍👍

He was only in his thirties but said his shoulders were giving him grief and he couldn't compete with all the people doing single coat.
TonyAJQ
We have an oak framed single story barn that is now ready for boarding and plastering. Only interested in somebody who can actually do the job with a quality finish. We’re in the West Mids if anybody can make a recommendation. Tony.
