At £700K for 2.5 acres with basement, foundations and drainage installed for a house that will be about 300 m²  It looks good value compared to the small plots and golden brick prices at Graven Hill

But what have they planning fir? Is it all underground? (If so what’s views ?‍♂️) surely the agents should post a drawing of the finished design!.

So it’s worth looking at the planning portal - had planning for a long time, the last amendment was for when the existing barn fell down…

Also have a look at the aerial photos - looks like a River running through the basement area..! Money pit springs to mind ..
