We’ve just started the boarding on a small development 9 houses and 12 flats 

All the TF is up seven brickies booked for last Tuesday 

Six motar tubs arrive Monday Six on Tuesday Brickies no show 

Had a better offer

The construction industry is facing a perfect storm of materials & skills shortage coupled to the effects of these two on costs and timescales. This will bite us all in the bum if not already then soon.
