Does that include for labourer for loading out, mixing and distributing mortar etc?

Most don’t bother with a labourer

Silo mixed lifted to where they are working Same  with bricks

Extra on the rate for detailing Quoins etc

If the stamp duty holiday hadn’t been extended Things would have gone the other way

Nod -  £575 a thousand is the rate here in South Manchester plus a whole host of other bits such as:

Blockwork £18 m2, Insulation £3, Lintels £15

stone head and cills £11 meter, feature bands £11 lin. mt. raking cuts, pad stones, steels, Vents and sleeves, Therma bates

still they include Mortar in the costs and they are my Bricklayers of choice.

Yep

Every trade is busy

A SIPS fitter quoted me the other day. 650 a day per guy, that's more than  I get paid and I'm at the front end of delivering critical structures for a nuclear power plant.

They defo must be busy.
