Depends on the battery size, divide the car battery capacity by 7 as it’s a 7kW charger.

 

My car is limited to 7kW anyway

Cool. I follow now, 7kW peak charge current but many kWh capacity. Still now worries charging overnight.

Storage size divided by power delivery

 

kWh / kW = h

 

60 [kWh] / [7 kW] = 8.57 h

Yes, except most only charge at full rate up to about 80%, and then slow down.

so the meter works well, first time charging at home, as I’m on holiday this week 

 

the meter is fed from the MCB for the EV , line and neutral in and output of meter directly to EV Charger.

No idea if the price is any good but ebay is convenient
