NSS
Self indulgent but I just love the way the low afternoon sun creates such interesting shapes as it shines through our lounge glazing at this time of year.

ProDave
We get regular sunshine. In 20 minute bursts, before it reverts to "normal" which means a blizzard where the snow does not settle because the wind stops it reaching the ground and it just wizzez by horizontally. I now have about 4 full days of outside work queueing up for that elusive dry and calm day.

So if you get a month's rain in a day, and then it rains again in the same month, surely what you had wasn't a month's rain? ?
Ferdinand
Newspaper Maths. 1 .... 2 .... 3 .... "lots" ! They need to start measuring it in acre-feet, like the American Farmers, so no one else can conceptualise it.
