Our Build We have permission to knock down our small bungalow and building a modest design on the narrow plot. Averse to wood framed, but seeking energy efficiency, we are going down the insulated raft/woodcrete ICF route. I was introduced to Tom and his Isotex build, and in addition to his helpful input, I'm hoping to gain from your experiences and contribute our experiences along the journey.
