Richard T
Hi - I am a first time self-builder - now the owner of a small garden plot in an edge of village location. We have detailed planning permission for a 3 bed house, designed on "Passivhaus principles". Aiming to start on site early next year (2020)
ProDave
Hi and welcome to the forum. I wonder which village? I used to live not far from there, before we moved north somewhat 15 years ago.

Dreadnaught
Welcome @Richard T. The mention of Passivhaus grabs my interest. I look forward to hearing more as your project progresses. Good luck with it!
SteamyTea
Welcome I have a cousin that lives in Wallingford, never been to visit him at home though. So when you say you want to design to PassivHaus principles, which ones are you after? The whole thing except the certification, or more of a A la carte approach?
