Shower concrete block support Probably put an extra block across the middle for support once I know where the shower waste is going

So ; do you just make up the fittings anyway that suits ? - not being rude of course ?

Ok - will use black or grey . All the shower / bath etc . Wastes I see are always white . All I really remember is it dries fast - like fast , fast . Like glue two bits together , adjust to suit , 10 seconds later realise it’s wrong . Too late - welded tight !!

So need to extend my vertical with one of those you link to . 90 degree tee then push fitted on that ( below ceiling ) @Onoff you may not know the answer but assuming I run the brown ( standard ) soil pipe fitting to my main ceiling suspended drain - do I use all push fittings ? What about shower / bath waste ? Assume that was all the glued white plastic . Does that need a glued boss strap on the main drain ? Or everything into the main ceiling drain all push fit ?

Moved it around got 3 bars . 18mb download . Upload doesn’t seem to improve .

Onsite Just dumped modem anywhere . Got 2 bar strength . Download 10mb - so significantly better . Waiting for Ariel and then will retry

Got the Huawei 535 today . As expected indoors is poo poor - struggle to get 2 steady strength bars . Upload around 2mb, download 4mb Ordered the Omni directional aerial - see if that fairs better . Tested this at home not at its final destination I.e my build .

Yeah I know . It’s getting a 3inch gap past the lintel For the waste ;not breaking into ufh either side . But I must just be lucky ....

So ! Decided now toilet going on that far wall next to shower . Sod’s law stud is exactly above a concrete lintel ? So have to eat into secondary stud wall just to clear lintel - hope there’s enough space

The only real reason I’m considering this as I mentioned is the price difference between the Q and a nice thermostatic shower was only around £100 .

How noisy ? ( I know that’s subjective) . Assume you mean gravity fed version ? Combo version would be quieter I assume ?

I’m hoping I can fit the pump in my utility room I.e no where near the actual shower

Do free standing baths have a notch at the rear below the feet level for the waste to come through ? . Can’t take my waste straight down as ufh in the way . Though I could run it horizontal for a bit until past ufh ... just wondering

Was looking at 700mm wide bath . There isn’t much that’s narrower. Also I can’t fit my shoulders in anything less than 700mm wide . I think the new layout works better Toilet roll holder least of my issues - but yep @Ferdinand a sucker one solves that .
