Sam Coles
Hi Everyone We are currently refurbishing/renovating our Victorian cottage in Bedfordshire with a view to a self-build in the future. We aren't doing much of the work really - more like project managers than anything. There are things we need help and advice with for our renovation and the path to self-build later on. Also, and I hope this doesn't get me put into the buildhub jail after my first post(!) I am a Lighting Consultant and I'd be happy to help members as best as I can with any lighting questions in return for the help we will be getting over what could be a very long period of time. I am sure we can all be of help and you will find the forum a great place to find help and advice.
lizzie
Hi Sam and welcome to the forum.....great bunch on here so helpful and knowledgeable. I used a lighting consultant on current build, good £’s spent made such a difference.
Ferdinand
Welcome Sam. I put a Ten things To Do on my blog in the blog area recently, that may be useful but addresses energy rather than aesthetics, heavy renovation, and redesign. If you were able at some stage to blog here about some of the principles of lighting design, I think that would be really helpful.
