epsilonGreedy
I feel the need for another rookie question. Does spray painting of a new build mandate the same colour for both the ceiling and walls?

No, but you will need to mask out the ceiling once you’ve done that first, fairly easy to do with a good quality low tack tape round the edge first and then some poly mask such as this: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0024NKD80? We are doing all ours white for now Most of the sites tend finish the ceilings in white and mist coat the walls in white Then go along afterwards with a roller for the walls Certainly quicker than a roller and a neater finish

Mist costing with the sprayer for walls and final coats for ceilings is ultra quick but the overspray will get anywhere and everywhere without careful masking. Thanks to one company I had the worlds first magnolia Bosch jigsaw.
