Have a large side and rear extension in the pipeline for a bungalow as well as an outbuilding and garden landscaping to be done. All in good time...just don't tell the wife that! Talking of pipes, will head to the drainage section at some point as need advice on a layout design. Have a great day all!

Good thinking. The building regulations are accessible online and straightforward too.

Downhill all the way with access for clearing blockages and that's about it.

It's all logical but BH will help with challenges or queries.

I’m based in SW London near Wimbledon although right now on holiday in Spain…taking a quick peak on the forums whilst on a late siesta!

 

Yep the drainage seems logical enough although I’m sure I’ll miss a few things here or there. Have a bathroom which will end up in the middle of the property so maybe not straightforward for access. I’ll post a thread on the correct section at some point.
