Pocster Posted Tuesday at 18:51 Author Posted Tuesday at 18:51 More pages , more content , more fun . Like a Netflix series with too many episodes only to get to a drab finale . Suspense and wonder are the key !
ToughButterCup Posted Wednesday at 09:01 Posted Wednesday at 09:01 Just back from a trip to a very wet place in Bonnie Scotland. Talking to a home owner with an external, windward wall - completely covered in pitch. The covering was so old, it had a fine patina of whitish dust on it (sand grains from the nearby dunes ?) "Why's that then?" "Eh Jimmie, hov' ya seen how mooch it rains here, eh ?" And I thought of you. 1

I was told the felt isn’t the waterproof layer … I suspect those gaps in the felt have always been there as it’s always leaked ! SBS-modified bitumen - self healing ; the felt as I was told was not needed but added to ‘physical ‘ damage to protect the underlying layer . I guess there’s a poor joint around this gate post .
