Water Droplets in Between Window Panes

Hi All

 

I have got new upvc windows installed in the past three months to replace wood ones. I'm not too impressed with them if I'm being honest. 

 

After inspecting every window in the house, I noticed small beads of water in between panels. There are 4 other panels in the house that have this issue, and it always seems to be on the non-fixed panel (the one that swings open).

 

I've tried to highlight this. I am no expert but this doesn't look right to me. Has the seal failed? Should I contact the installers? 

 

Would appreciate anyone's advice

Yes 

The effected units will need replacing

Faulty seals, new units needed. Go back to your installer.

Thanks guys, that's disappointing. Hopefully the panels can be replaced without taking the full frame out

The company you purchased them from should address your issue surely?

Umm, isn't that beaded water on the *outside* of the unit, but under the rubber weatherseal?

Please give us a few more photos - some a bit further away so we can understand what is being shown. Otherwise like you its a bit confusing.

 

The first photo seems to show the glass sealed unit with the beading that holds the glass in the frame removed. Is that right?

Yes and yes, it’s the sealed glass panels that have failed not the frames,
