Pocster
Having some issues ! gdpr and stuff causing issues ! One receipt lists all items and payments from a vat registered company but the handwritten invoice doesn’t say vat - just total value of sale . The company don’t have any record of the sale due to gdpr and can’t re-write the invoice to show vat as to potential fraud . Any ideas how to persuade them ?? Pocster
One of the receipts doesn't show VAT but says printed on it all prices include VAT - surely that's sufficient? Even gone back to my bank to dig up credit card payment to the supplier from 5 years ago.

I asked Wendy and she said, form D is for where invoices have VAT shown separately and form E is for where the prices include VAT and therefore VAT is not shown separately. Wendy did all our VAT refund return, she's very organised, I'm not. This was done a few years ago now though, things might have changed. I have other receipts in their not showing vat directly ( like B&q ) which they never questioned.

I think one was for receipts that didn't itemise the VAT. The VAT is then calculated once at the bottom of the form? Edit: Oh I see someone mentioned this already.
