Repairing a fence

So I need to repair it and keep everyone out and make it look neat and tidy as well

Is it just the one hole? If so you can “darn” that type of wire fencing by feeding a wire through both sides and pulling it together.

what kind of fence wire do you think it is?

Chain link fencing is just woven together from top to bottom, get some wire of a similar thickness and weave from left to right, bottom to top pulling the sides together .

So I need to order some chain link fencing from somewhere. Not sure how I will weave it, but guess I will find that one out when I get some in front of me

Any wire will do, I tried to find a Utube vid of how to do this but failed.

its hard to see exactly what he is doing in the video as his camera is not all ways on his work. But it would appear he takes a spare strand of the wire and makes up his own square section by threading the wire in as he goes along

I could do with it looking the same as I want it to look a proper job and determine anyone who want to brake in. So I need to buy the same wire as on fence

I believe using the same coloured wool as the sock was banned by law 😀

Just wait till someone breaks in. Tie them up, pop them on the bonnet of the car, then drive them to the local nick.
