Need a recommendation for timber stud sensor, also electrical wiring too, if combo possible

For timber, a strong magnet to detect the nails/screws is what the oldies used to use…

I’ve seen an app advertised online 

Just run your phone across and it produces an image of wires pipes etc

^ it's an app, but it plugs into a radar-like sensor. I've got one and it's very good. Pricier than it used to be tho...

I bought a fancy detector thing. Strong magnet is used far more often as faster and more accurate.

Agree that a magnet is the best solution. The set I've got looks the same as these, 3.1kg rated - Amazon link. They easily find the screw heads.
