Onoff Posted September 22, 2017 Posted September 22, 2017 (edited) I like this stuff, you need the gun to go with it. https://www.screwfix.com/p/fischer-fis-v-hybrid-mortar-resin-360ml/88507 The thing is with using resin that you have to be disciplined. As in drill as many holes as you can, clear them out with a proper puffer. Have your studs cut and distributed around next to each hole. Then go for it! Screw on a nozzle, pump out a bit so it mixes to the right consistency. Do this on a scrap of timber of card. Pump into hole, stud in and ideally wipe off any excess that comes out. Better than having to knock lumps off later (delegate! ) I sometimes even masking tape the stud if bolting something thin up. Keep the process going so the resin doesn't have time to harden in the nozzle. Have a new tube with you so you can swap over quick without having to use a new nozzle.
