Could this be asbestos ?

Hi, not sure what forum to put this in.

I’m wanting to replace out loft insulation. We have the old original 1975 warm air ducting up there that I was going to just remove. It is wrapped in plastic and has a yellow fibreglass like insulation in it (see photos). Could this be asbestos ? The second photo shows a patch where the plastic sheet is torn and you can see the yellow insulation underneath.
Any thoughts ?

Yellow looks like glass fibre, but what's underneath raised an eyebrow.

You can see a 'mesh' coated in something grey.

I've seen asbestos tape (for duct sealing) with the same design.

Get it tested before digging further

Get it tested if it’s stressing you, hopefully it will be fine.

it will give you peace of mind and any trades working in the house

The insulation looks like Rockwool, but the fabric mesh looks suspect to me, Definitely get it tested before touching
