Lay new 160gsm High grade breathable membrane. fit new BS 5534:2003+A1:2010 treated roof battens, secured with 63mm galvanised ring shank fixings, lay New roof marley roof tiles in colour grey or brown style, install new interlocking dry verge system install a ventilated Ridge system. This dry ridge system offers ridge level ventilation and complies with BS 8612 including stainless steel fixings. Lay New ridge tiles. Clear all guttering debris. Quotation includes labour, materials, Installation and removal of scaffolding and waste removal and disposal. all products are BllS standard and comply with Nhbc compliant £5600 20 year guarantee on completion. Temp Posted August 10, 2023 Share Posted August 10, 2023 Looks ok to me but I would request sample tiles for approval. Think I also want to see how the dry ridge looked compared to the neighbours.
