jpinthehouse Posted July 23, 2017 Share Posted July 23, 2017 Hi Have been reading this excellent forum for sometime and decided to post Have detailed planning passed for a detached house with in our garden, plot separated from existing mortgaged property, waiting for self build mortgage decision, building regulations passed other than roof and posi joist. House is approximately 300 sq meters external over three floors with rooms in the roof, timber frame stick built on site ( I use to be a carpenter) with block external skin, builder chosen (a friend who is always busy but never advertises).
