jfb Posted January 4, 2022 Posted January 4, 2022 Anyone know what tile this is? it’s a Marley interlocking concrete tile but looking at most new stock they are 420 x 330 whereas these are 410 x 320 cheers
joe90 Posted January 4, 2022 Posted January 4, 2022 Funnily enough I have recently done a minor roof repair for a family member and found both those sizes on the roof in question, it was a mare to find out where they came from so they went back lining up. I guess some were older than others hence the two sizes ?♂️
Gus Potter Posted January 4, 2022 Posted January 4, 2022 @jfb I have a similar issue that I'll need to face up to this year when I come to do the roof. It may be worth looking on the net as there are some reclamaition yards that provide a reclaimed matching service.
saveasteading Posted January 4, 2022 Posted January 4, 2022 Why do you need to know? is it for patching or for matching on a bigger area?

Thought it would be useful to know the actual type of tile.
PeterW Posted January 5, 2022 Posted January 5, 2022 Look like old Modern Smooth greys that have weathered - if you’ve only got 100 you’ll probably end up giving them away but there are roofers who sometimes buy them to do patch jobs.
matthyde83 Posted January 5, 2022 Posted January 5, 2022 I am also interested in this... I have a whole roof of these coming off in a month or so...

Thanks for that - I’m happy to give them away as they were free to start with. Not going To use them so away they go!
saveasteading Posted January 5, 2022 Posted January 5, 2022 Tiles for sale, measurements are x by y, as photograph, as seen. Roofers will know.
