Andehh Posted November 21, 2021 Posted November 21, 2021 We are looking at options for the family bathroom (only bath). With young children, I quite like the idea of being able to walk in (Wi-fi?) press a single button and walk out gain, whilst the bath fills itself up to the right temperature & then turns itself off when it reaches the right depth. Is this what Digital bath filler do? Or do you still need to turn them off when the bath is full? Any recommendations for a device that does this? (controls the plug as well?)
PeterW Posted November 21, 2021 Posted November 21, 2021 Mira mode does it - you can programme the fill and temperature level in the app from memory.
JohnMo Posted November 21, 2021 Posted November 21, 2021 Any worries the kids jump in and it's too hot?
PeterW Posted November 21, 2021 Posted November 21, 2021 You put the plug in, press the preset button and walk away. It sets the flow temperature and the time.
Temp Posted November 21, 2021 Posted November 21, 2021 (edited) Does it detect that the bath has been emptied before someone presses it again ? I guess that's OK if its got an overflow that can cope with the flow rate. Edited November 21, 2021 by Temp
SteamyTea Posted November 21, 2021 Posted November 21, 2021 FFS. An app for a bath. An app to lock kids in their rooms sounds better. https://inews.co.uk/news/tesla-app-outage-leaves-drivers-locked-out-cars-1311237
ToughButterCup Posted November 21, 2021 Posted November 21, 2021 Our baths are digital too. Put the plug in with fingers and switch taps on and off with the same digital expertese.
