I generally use that perforated galvanised strapping that comes on a roll, and I would have screwed the two ends down into the top of the trusses.

 

But many ways to achieve the same thing and none are complicated.

If you are running these ducts through Posijoists, then I found that big cable ties around the duct and joist web seemed to work pretty well.

I used strips of left-over breather membrane in some places.  Very strong, but easy to staple-gun.
