Pocster
I hate them at the best of times . Today I receive the voa council tax valuation junk . I’m assuming once the tw*t visits I’ll get hopefully 12 months exemption. But how do they value for banding ? . They aren’t estate agents - do they just find a comparative property? Or ( unlikely ) some more complex method . Either way I shall tell him to (expletive deleted) himself Edited December 30, 2020 by pocster
ProDave
How they deal with this is very variable between council areas. I have had several visits and each time they have decided it is not complete enough to value. You will have to let them visit and see what they say. Telling them to do one is not an option.

They can visit that’s not a problem. Annoying the council ( and recording the conversation) is a prerequisite! . As they tend to lie !!! .

So did we as a site supply but it does not mean it’s habitable (tho it might be wise to turn it off and say it’s not connected yet!)
