November 13, 20205 yr Rental home, Any ideas ? i now turn turn tap on that was working fine last night, so before I get the hammer ? out! Its now just a dribble of water coming out. All other taps fine.
November 13, 20205 yr I presume it is cold mains pressure? Check under the basin in case someone has turned an isolation valve accidentally whilst cleaning etc

November 13, 20205 yr Author Guessed it was a washer, there’s no isolation to the tap, it’s actually the hot the tap was for illustration. Anyone any idea of the brand or is it just generic

November 13, 20205 yr If it's a hot tap, there should be an isolating valve on the output of the hot water tank. You can also get a "stuck plunger" in some old taps.
