Cutting Thin Copper Sheet

My brother seems to think this will cut thin, circa 1mm, copper sheet:

Probably but only 24 teeth, should be nearer 24 tpi, should be more. How much sheet are you cutting?, can you not use tin snips (much cheaper) or a Nibbler? I have used an angle grinder with metal blade but not a very clean cut but can be cleaned up with a file.

I just bought a metal cutting blade for my circular saw

thin cut, no offset to the teeth. 

 

 

Goggles and full face cover it’s savage. Lovely clean finish.

How much copper sheet? I too would be using tin snips or a nibbler unless there were several miles of cut. Or if it were small enough I would take it in to work (when I'm next allowed to attend!) and use the guillotine.

Sorry, late responding. He's into coppersmithing. Things like making leaves, bookmarks, rheumatism bracelets. I suggested he buy some super expensive jeweller's scissors from the States.

That would certainly cut much thicker copper... Then chew it up and throw it across the room :-)
