ASHP Installers Aberdeenshire

Afternoon,

 

I wasn't sure if this should go in the renewable section or Scotland section. I was just wondering if there was anyone on here from Aberdeenshire or the surrounding area who has had an ASHP installed. Can you tell me who you used and your experience of the company/installer?

HI Paul, 

 

We are going with Mark Bruce at https://www.mbservicesgroup.com as we want the Daikin ASHP and he works with our contractor. Mark is based closer to Dundee but I know he's done installations as far north as Inverness. Good guy.

 

There is also https://www.thenaturalenergycompany.co.uk/ similar situation to Mark, they were really thorough with the calcs and design.

Maybe outside your area but Black Isle Renewable seem to do Mitsubishi.

I’m self building in Aberdeenshire and my main contractor uses tried & tested sub contractors.  One of these is http://www.plumbingandrenewables.co.uk/

Who are in Burghead and are doing my central heating and ASHP.  I’ve had some contact with them and they were quite impressive in terms of helpfulness and customer service etc. I did visit one of my main contractors previous houses and the owner was impressed with the heating system / ASHP.

I got a quote from https://greystone-energy.co.uk/ and was impressed with their engineer, and past project photo portfolio (mostly on Facebook, some on Twitter). They are based in Monikie (north of Dundee), so ought to be able to handle the Aberdeen area.

ClanCool in Kintore do ASHP.  I used them to install mine and although just recently moved in, have had no issues with them or the equipment so far
