Sorry @Onoff SWMBO and I went tile shopping today . F’me ! . “I’ll give you trade discount mate ‘ - still had to swap out items for cheaper ones . Why are nice tiles £50 sq m and shite ones £10 sq m ?☺️

 

Can't remember what I paid for my tiles, £8 or was it £17/m2? Just remember they were expensive.

+1, after years of cleaning grout I went for wall panels for our build and I am sooo pleased I did.
