LA3222
Every quote I have so far seems to come in at (300m2): Site Insurance £2500 24mths Warranty + BC £3000 Tried stripping BC out to use LABC but that's even more overall. A lot of bloody money for some paper that I have to have in order to remortgage down the line. Does this seem about right or are my trousers being pulled? Vijay
I'm paying around 1k for my site insurance. I shopped around and kept getting them to price match/beat, so was the cheapest I could find. Could it be size of plot and location that makes the difference? Mine automatically included 20k worth of personal plant and tools Edited October 9, 2019 by Vijay
epsilonGreedy
My site insurance is about £500 p/a with all the optional cover bits removed from the quote. Start an online quote at Protek then you can adjust the duration and scope of the cover to get an idea where the underwriters perceive the risks are. Private tool cover and cover for hired plant were the pricey options I recall.
