I'll quite happily drill one arbour at 9.5 and one at 10 to go with the 9 I've already done and post but it seems a bit mad. You can get a cheap vernier for a couple of quid:

Spend a tenner and you'll get a full stainless one. Aldi and Lidl often do them.

I opened my wallet and purchased.

10mm it is. 35 mm hole cutter will do both jobs.

Right, pm me your address and I'll post after drilling out.

I've just realised that the saw I was thinking of has a welded arbor, Clive, can you send hours over too?

Yep, no problems, was going to anyway. I'll drill out a couple of arbours, a 10 and a 10.5, maybe 10 and 10.2 if I can find the 10.2! Will aim to post out Monday.

I've drilled it out to 10.2mm (M12 tapping drill). It's a tad off centric but spins nice on a 10mm drill as the video clip shows:

Will try and get in the post Monday.

@vfrdave, it's in the 1st class post this morning so you should get it tomorrow.

Let's hope it works!

Protect your floor before you try this.

Drop of lube I would on the spindle. Tbh I'd probably go one or two drops of 3 in 1or similar but no more, above all avoid staining your tiles.

Not sure if these will drill dry? I've only ever used them to drill bricks and kept them cool/lubed with water from a plant sprayer. In your case maybe take off and dip in water occasionally. Guess you'll want to avoid water behind the tiles...
