    Aggregate recycler is what I used . 8 years ago . 1100 tons of Rock and soil . Which left a big hole as I wanted . So to truck away and excavate was 17k

    But when you f up after using this rubber foam it’s going to be a bitch to get out . I always assume any ‘fix’ on a f up could be another f up that needs removing at a later date .

    I bought 40 cans sometime ago . All used now . Expanding foam and ct1 are all you need .

    This is what I have done at my rentals . Must admit did not know nor check B&b rules assume poster would of known !

    You could install constantly recording external cctv with audio . This will act as evidence for his actions are indeed hang you !!! 🙄

    Your flaw is going to the shop/ BM . I’ve done this . They don’t have exactly what I need so I buy ‘nearest’ thinking I can improvise .Get back to base and realise it won’t work so order online . Online stuff arrives 2/3 days later . Realise I’ve ordered the wrong stuff . So package it up to take back to PO and then drive to BM knowing they have what I need ! . Get to BM ; item is out of stock . So get home and order item online . So it can take weeks just to get some basic materials/ parts on site 😁

    Sure thing ! . 10k on its way to you . Nothings cheap anymore and if you want it to last forever then composite / alli joists / plastic legs will do that .
