  1. Hi, hopefully screenshot below, apologies if I'm thinking about a different part?
  2. Hi, it's a rebadged reliance thermomix valve, if you Google "reliance thermomix ufh valve" you'll find the instruction manual which shows the components and their order?
  3. Hi, If the wireless thermostats used are neoairs, it might be worth double checking that the failsafe mode is switched off. If the rf connection between stat and receiver is lost, (can be quite often) it fires up the heating for a short period as a frost safety feature. This could explain the random bursts of heating even if the stat isn't calling for heat?
  4. If you realistically envisage having to run at higher temp at the room awaiting flooring, specify the high temp adhesive, the epoxy resin stuff , for the amtico/karndean , then you won't be constrained to 27 max. Fitters will try to talk you out if it because it's more difficult to lay with, but stops you worrying about £1000's of flooring potentially lifting if you need the higher temp.
  5. We got ours from here, cheapest we could find, no issues at all, if any problems grohe send out one of there technicians. Got a fair bit of of grohe stuff from here, really pleased with the boiling water tap, now 3 years old and not skipped a beat. See below for link to current best offer. https://www.plumbingforless.co.uk/kitchen/kitchen-taps/grohe-red-kitchen-taps/grohe-red-mono-pillar-tap-arched-spout-and-single-boiler-4ltrs-chrome-30060-000
  6. Have used Oakwood doors before for non standard doors, really helpful company and good prices, could be a few weeks delivery though. https://www.oakwooddoors.co.uk/bespoke-doors
  7. Bite the bullet and get the latest unit, swop for the neoultra , offers lots of functionality , takes 2 mins to wire in ( uses the same wires) and works on your phone with the neohub. 96 quid cheapest at the mo. Pretty confident it should be a straight swop.
  8. Hi, we had similar concerns when laying our lvt flooring but our fitter used high temp adhesive which I think can tolerate upto 50 c, I think it's the adhesive rather than the flooring that's the issue, unlikely to ever get that hot but the flooring cost a fortune and we have ufh and south facing bi folds. No problems to date.
