Wouldn't get away with building overhand and the outer scaffolding not up to the same height here.

I would have the mortar board up another block, save the back a bit.

Nothing gave me more satisfaction that building my own house so hats of.

Slightly curious why you have the line you are building to on the 2nd last pic on the inside of the block.

It's being built overhand. Guessing he doesn't want to climb out on the corner to take the line up!

Has line pins under the first block so makes no difference, still has to lean out and move the line up.

Can only plumb one side of a wall so the most plumb bit of that wall is on the inside. Just never seen it done like that before.

The reason the corner isn't built up Is It is a catslide roof and the reason the line isn't on the outside is because the wall ties which hold the flint work on and on the outside and would interfere with the line hope that makes sense

Funny that... however it looks a ton lot safer than what I saw the brickie doing on my site, I Asked him to stop several times, other trades raised eyebrows, in the end I just ordered in scaffolding and stoped asking him when he needed one.

He just did not seem to want one saying his make bowing shift platforms is how he works and can "save" me money on scaffolding.

I should have have seen it as a sign, his work left a lot to be desired
