Ah I forgot to say that it is a separate filtered tap. Cold only  which we will use for kettle, food water etc.

 

Otherwise two PRVs is not a problem?

Correct, sir.

If you find that hard water outlet is a bit aggressive / noisy with 4 bar on it, then you can fit a flow restrictor in, if needed of course. Trial and error jobby tbh.
