The recommendation is 200mm earthwool. Did you insulate the floorboards on the underside? If so, what type of multilayer foil insulation did you use and how was it held in place? Netting or what? scottishjohn Posted February 29, 2020 Share Posted February 29, 2020 I bought and electric arrow gun fior doing under the floor to hold up the 2L2 bubble foil + sf40 multi foil toseal off the joistsand keep heat in there against any drafts in crawl space I have a hand one but by the time you have used a box of staples your hand will be dead especially if doing it upside down especially if joists are old + wood has gone hard Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
