Hello, is it OK to have an exit point for a toilet extraction located on a garage soffit to the front of the property?

I had a look around on the net and couldn't find anything that says its a no go but I thought I'd ask here for a more solid answer?

Only issue is getting the pipe from the house to the garage without compromising the fire integrity of that wall.

Oh blimey I never thought of that, the BC's going to spot that one I bet. Problem is I have no other choice on the route but to go into the garage ?

go above the garage ceiling as that should be fire rated.

If it has one. Many attached garages like that are just open to the roof.

Hmm mine was closed in but I have broken through 50% of it so I can use the roof as extra storage ?
