Geberit flush plates - what is the difference and where to buy

Recommended Posts

I need 4 flush plates for Geberit Duofix wall hung frames.  When I look online there are lots of different ones (Sigma 10, 20 etc) at different prices points.  Are there any technical differences or is it just the aesthetics?

Also anyone recommend where to buy them cheaply:D

Beware the full polished chrome as blokes may get to see an interesting reflection when standing up for a pee, especially with the convex shaped plates. Not the end of the world but there are satin or chrome-on-white versions too. More of a problem with the 1120's and not so problematic with 820's.

Didn't even think of that! I bought full polished chrome. Maybe thats why they were cheap. What a knob!

That makes me think that mischievous people could get ones like those fairground mirrors :-).

Not awake yet, this morning .... I read that as ‘well-hung’.

Imagining Clarkson with magnifying mirrors on the toes of his clown-shoes so he can see that Percy is still present.

There is this one on ebay Geberit Bolero Gloss Chrome Dual Flush Plate 125.777.21.1 for £35.  Although new I don't think that they are the newest range.  Do you think that they will still fit?

@Jude1234, what is the Geberit part number for your Duofix frame?

This link maybe, under Pro Area, lists for the different flush plates for SIgma, Omega, Kappa cisterns etc:

It is this one:

Geberit - Duofix WC Frame with UP320 Cistern - 112cm

CODE: 111.383.00.5

maybe I am looking in the wrong place as I can't see where it is listed??

The 111.383.00.5 should be on one end of the cardboard box the frame came in. Other than that do the measurements tie up with this?

https://catalog.geberit.com/public/product.aspx?cat=GB_GB-en_1&a=111.383.00.5

Then the accessories:

If it is a Sigma then choose your flush plate:

Looks like then you've a UP320.

I by contrast have the older UP200 that limits the flush plate choice to the Kappa range. Had to explain to SWMBO why she couldn't have a Samba flush plate she wanted as it was for the UP320. Thus she had to settle for what was available...not for the first time! :)
