Alphonsox what swung the appeal probably had something to do with the mindless refusal which was "The development is reliant on a car to access services and is therefore considered to be environmentally unsustainable resulting in additional CO2 emissions" and "The horizontal emphasis of the fenestration is out of character with the village" The house is almost to passive standard the car journey to town 2.2miles and the village has just about a bit of everything when it comes to architecture, planning inspectorate agreed after he read through the mountain of stuff I include in the appeal.
