Paying for the faults of others is more painful than paying for your own. 

 

As the article which has @nod refers to , suggests Social Media can be a useful means of protest.

Personally I am sceptical about the 200 figure without full evidence, and the overall seriousness.

Me too.

If you have 6 sockets on a ringmain, and they do not work, that is 1 fault, not 7.

 

I suspect that this is a naive couple that have very high expectations for their lives and are out of their depth.

How much of this is moving in too early, and which party forced that or permitted it?

Yes one of the faults was bad drainage in the back garden

.....or could read "almost to be expected" when referring to typical mass-builders.
