Why are kitchen pendants not ip44?

I am a bit confused, why are all these multi bar pendant lights for islands not ip44 since many have stoves or hobs? Our island is 2.2m but struggling to get a suitable light (some are ip20). Also not easy to get over 100cm but surely we need 130 to 150? We have one wire above.

Other than it states a lamp size of E26 whereas E27 is the normal.  It might have odd sized lamps.
