Hello guys. I am look forward to build outbuilding in my country side garden and looking for program to design exterior of my building. Could anyone  let me know the name of the good program please. Thank you

Well, here we use CAD, still basically pencils but not quite scaled drawings. The proper name is Childlike Apportioned Details.

For rough designing to allow you to play around with design options Sweethome 3d is free and easy to use. It's no use for elevations or anything detailed to build from.

 

Otherwise, SketchUp, but you'll need to spend a bit of time learning basic CAD skills.

 

But sounds like you are possibly looking for a designer?

Some A3 2mm graph paper. 

 

 

 

 

And a scaled ruler. 

 

 

 

 

 

Don't bother with the triangular ones. Too awkward to use. 

 

Oh, and think in millimeters drom the get go. It'll pay dividends later.
