Recommendations for a structural engineer expert in ICF

I'm seeking recommendations for a structural engineer expert in ICF in County Waterford or County Kilkenny.

Ask the ICF suppliers, your structural engineer doesn't need to be on your doorstep.

Any SE should be able to do the job, ICF is really just a form of concrete shuttering.

I'd like for the engineer to sign off on certificate, so if they are not in the same county, it's probable that they won't travel for the sign off.

I have heard stories where soem people had to hire a second engineer expert in ICF because who they hired wasn't. So they paid more.

He is doing the design for my passive-certified masonry build (insulated raft and EWI). He has a lot of experience in insulated rafts. 
 

He is based in Fermoy.

He is travelling to me in Ennis, so I assume so.
