Hi all

I need to replace this oil pump from a boiler. It's a Danfoss,  I can tell that much....

Unsurprisingly there appears to be a multitude of possible models it could be. Ideas ideas if where to go from here?

Send a picture to Danfoss and ask them??

Google "images" Danfoss oil pumps and see if you can match it on the web and see where the links take you

Actually,  looking at the data sheets they're not all the same, will study some more.

Is it safe to assume the drive to them is all the same?

Why do you need to replace it, what part of it has failed? I only ask as I repaired a drive shaft/gear spline/key on one of these not long ago, it was pulsing the oil pressure and it turned out to be the gear slipping on the drive shaft.

It had sized up. Tried freeing it, but it's not great and still too stiff with the screws tightned. Looks a bit corroded inside.

the mount and shaft *should* be universal but there are some outliers. Direction of rotation and pipe positions are the critical bit, some of the other options (position of the regulator etc) may not be so important for most applications...
