Recommend me a decent general building/woodwork/removing plasterboard type of dust mask…

Recommended Posts

Seems like there a a lot of options to choose out there, so hoping to get a real world recommendation. Looking to get a decent general woodwork/removing plasterboard dust mask. I assume it’s better to get something that’s reusable rather than just some cheap disposable type of thing?

I've a full face job. It's great for hardcore work but it gets sweaty in there and not comfortable for all day use. I just use KN95 masks from Amazon. Fit well, and block all the dust. I've a half mask as well but don't rate them at all, don't fit as well as a full mask (never stays in place long), or even the good quality KN95s.

Thanks, so is something like the Force 8 Half-Mask with PressToCheck P3 Filters or the Trend Stealth masks with filters a little OTT?

I like these as you get a decent air flow and they don’t get too sweaty

The air fed ones are really nice but I don’t have enough need to warrant one (not that it stops me buying stuff ..!!)
