3 bed semi down south refurbishment cost

Hi we brought a 3 bed semi detached which needs total refurbishment- new flooring, kitchen(budget is 3k for units), re-wire whole house, plumbing - new boiler installation, dowstairs new toilet, wall paper off and new ceiling, spot lights in kitchen, living room, stair case, carpentry- new doors, skirt boards, architraves

 

total house area is 70sqm

 

i was wondering did any one has this sort of renovation and please guide me how much does it cost roughly.

Depends on how much labour you are putting in. Are you giving the keys to a builder and saying give me back the finished house in 3 months?

I mean i am not going to do any work but materials i am going to choose.

Very difficult to say as we can't see what work is involved or the area you live in. Get some quotes from recommended people, because there can be a big variation. If you supply the materials you can make savings but workmen won't guarantee the bits. You have to take a view.

customer supplying all the stuff usually translates into customer is buying the cheapest tat they can find.

Job's going well then...... you posted back in November 2021 you were looking for a builder in the Southampton area for the renovation work.

Judging by your wish list above you may get a bit of change from 30k for the whole job.
