gravelrash
Just finished fitting manifolds and ducting in closed ceiling...and then thought how do you clean the ducts. Does any one leave an access panel to get to manifolds? or can they be cleaned without having to disconnect radial duct?
Dreadnaught
In my case my manifolds will be in the plant room just below the plasterboard ceiling, so accessible. I would think you do need access to the manifolds for periodic cleaning. And also access during commissioning if you have the option of restrictors at the manifold (as well as at the terminals). Conor
There's filters on either end of the system so don't see why you'd need to clean?
Russell griffiths
Get a ferret with a big bushy tail. stuff him in one end and waft some rabbit flavour crisps at the other end. Clean duct. Dirty ferret winner winner chicken dinner.
