Turnaround times on windows?

Having a bit of a runaround from

velfac- 

 

they've referred me to suppliers rather than direct to them and it’s non stop delays…and when I’ve got through that 11 weeks to delivery.

 

I just want some decent triple glaze windows!

 

any suggestions on reduced lead times and less drama?

Windows have gone mad - my supplier (Munster Joinery) were on a 2 week lead for Plots 1 and 3 then went to a 12 week lead for the last plot.

 

I drive past sites all the time clearly waiting for windows.

triple glazed aluminium windows, good u value 4 week turnaround. That’s where I’m heading I think.

Who's that with? We've been waiting since November for a replacement glazing unit from Internorm 🤣

It's with McMullan - O'Donnell; we have had good experiences dealing with them, great customer service and very personable.

 

Our contractor also recommends them very highly and has worked a lot with them over the years.
