April 1, 20224 yr Having a bit of a runaround from velfac- they've referred me to suppliers rather than direct to them and it’s non stop delays…and when I’ve got through that 11 weeks to delivery. I just want some decent triple glaze windows! any suggestions on reduced lead times and less drama?
April 1, 20224 yr Windows have gone mad - my supplier (Munster Joinery) were on a 2 week lead for Plots 1 and 3 then went to a 12 week lead for the last plot. I drive past sites all the time clearly waiting for windows. Mad.

April 5, 20224 yr We're being told 10-12 weeks turnaround times. Our windows are being measured up this week.

April 5, 20224 yr It's with McMullan - O'Donnell; we have had good experiences dealing with them, great customer service and very personable.
